Chris Seider has a diverse work experience in various industries, particularly in health and safety. Chris began their career at Bemis Company, Inc., where they worked in different departments and gained a strong understanding of the manufacturing industry. Chris then joined Burger Boat Company as the Environmental Health and Safety/Security Manager, driving positive safety culture change in a high-risk industry. After that, they worked at Broadwind Energy as the Corporate Environmental Health and Safety/Training Manager, implementing safety programs and improving the overall safety culture of the organization. Currently, Chris is the Director of Health and Safety at The Foth Companies, where they provide safety leadership and risk management for over 650 employees across multiple locations. Chris has maintained a record of achieving low incident rates, with several years without lost-time incidents and OSHA recordable incidents.

Chris Seider, CSP, PHR, CHST, ARM has a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree in Human Resource Management from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire (2000-2004). Chris also completed the Center for Exceptional Leadership's Foundational Leadership Program at St. Norbert College (2020-2021). In addition to their education, they hold various certifications including Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS I) from The Back School (2017), SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) from SHRM (2015), Construction Health and Safety Technician (CHST), Certified Safety Professional (CSP), and Associate Safety Professional (ASP) from the Board of Certified Safety Professionals (all obtained in 2013), Associate in Risk Management (ARM) from The Institutes (2010), and Professional in Human Resources (PHR) from HR Certification Institute - HRCI (2007).
