Jake Luther, CDR has a diverse range of work experience. Jake started their career as a Manufacturing/Design Engineer at Harley-Davidson Motor Company, where they designed and implemented various projects and collaborated with Union representatives and suppliers. Jake then worked as a Technical Sales Representative at Modernistic Inc, where they designed custom masking and die-cut products. Jake also served as the Lead Assistant Women's Volleyball Coach at UW-Steven's Point. Later, they worked as the Owner/President of JL Resourcing, LLC, where they completed custom paper product designs for Fantasy Entertainment. Jake's experience also includes roles as a Project Engineer at Pak/Teem, Inc. and as an HVAC Engineer - Discipline Lead at Jacobs, where they designed air control systems and managed projects. Currently, they are the Lead Corporate Recruiter at The Foth Companies, leading the recruitment of engineers, technicians, and corporate staff. Jake also worked as the Resource Center Manager at The Foth Companies, where they managed a team of 50 members and coordinated resource scheduling for multiple clients.

Jake Luther, CDR, earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Platteville, where they studied from 1998 to 2003. Jake also holds a certification as a Certified Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter from AIRS, an ADP Company, which they obtained in July 2023.
