Randy Rose

Randy Rose is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles, particularly within the engineering, finance, and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors at The Foth Companies since January 2006, Randy holds the position of Chair of the Finance and Audit Committee. Previous board memberships include Nicolet National Bank and multiple roles in Schwabe-related entities, where strategic initiatives and organizational capabilities were optimized. As a former CEO and Managing Director of Schwabe North America, Randy successfully integrated multiple companies and led significant market advancements.
