Tyler Schield has a diverse work experience in the paper and packaging industry. Tyler started their career in 2010 as a Project Engineer at Packaging Corporation of America and worked their way up to become a Senior Project Engineer, responsible for managing complex industrial equipment projects. In this role, they demonstrated leadership skills and successfully managed interdisciplinary functional groups, contractors, and vendors for strategic capital projects. Tyler also served as a Manufacturing Control Engineer, managing the mill's capital budget and expenditures. Tyler later became a Paper Mill Supervisor, overseeing paper machines, stock preparation, and shipping operations. In 2021, they joined Green Bay Packaging as a Superintendent, responsible for the fiber and utilities department. Currently, Tyler is working as a Project Manager and Lead Papermaking Engineer at The Foth Companies, where they utilize their expertise in project management and papermaking engineering.
