Rico Fotis

Rico Fotis is a seasoned professional in the fields of digitalization, business consulting, and IT management, currently serving as Founder and CEO of FOTIS DIGITAL since May 2023. In addition to leadership roles, Rico Fotis is an Auditor for ISO/IEC 27001 at TÜV SÜD, DEKRA Germany, and TÜV NORD CERT, all since 2023. With extensive experience as Senior Manager IT at BorgWarner IT Services Europe GmbH until May 2023 and previous roles including Geschäftsführer at FOTIS & PARTNER and Head of Service Area SAP at Tieto, Rico Fotis combines a strong practical background with academic pursuits, currently working towards a PhD in Wirtschaftswissenschaften at Comenius University. An accomplished lecturer at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management since 2015, Rico Fotis remains committed to promoting sustainable organizational change through comprehensive consulting approaches.
