Peter Santoro

Peter Santoro has had an extensive and diverse work experience in the film and media industry. PETER began their career as a Camera Freelancer at IATSE Local 600 in 1977. In 1991, they founded Dakota Digital Post, a company they led until 2004. From 2004 until now, they have worked at Fotokem Industries, Inc., initially as the VP of Feature and Commercial Services and currently as the Senior Vice President Sales and Satellite Facilities Manager.

Peter Santoro has a bachelor's degree in Communications from Northwestern University, which they obtained from 1968 to 1971. Following that, they pursued a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Film from New York University, from 1971 to 1973. Later, they attended The American Film Institute from 1973 to 1975, where they earned another MFA degree, this time in Cinematography.
