Branko Tovornik

Branko Tovornik serves as the Chairman of the Board of Directors at Ou Zhixing (Suzhou) Medical Devices Co., Ltd. since April 2019 and at Ou Zhixing (Shanghai) Medical Devices Co., Ltd. since July 2022. Additionally, Branko Tovornik has had an extensive career at Fotona d.o.o. since January 1987, holding various leadership roles including Managing Director and Member of the Management Board, as well as Director of Manufacturing and Member of the Executive Board. Branko Tovornik's educational background includes a Master of Science in Economics with a focus on Business and Management from the University of Novo Mesto's Faculty of Economics and Informatics, completed between 2008 and 2009.
