Radmila Stoltz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in commercial strategy, marketing, and board leadership across various organizations. Currently serving as a Board Member at Xait and Co-founder of the ODA Board Network, Radmila is committed to enhancing technology expertise and diversity in Norwegian boards. As Chief Commercial Officer at FotoWare since September 2016, Radmila leads overall commercial strategy, encompassing sales, marketing, customer success, and business development, while also directing multiple departments to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction. Previous roles include key positions at Picturepark, House of Control Group, and Purplebeard, along with various marketing positions that reflect a strong foundation in brand strategy and market analysis. Radmila holds an MSc in Globalisation, Brands and Consumption from Lund University and a degree in Marketing from Lancaster University.
