Trond Kindberg has extensive experience in financial management and business performance across various sectors. Currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Fotoware since January 2022, Trond previously held key positions at Kongsberg Digital from July 2016 to December 2021, including Vice President of Controlling & Business Performance and Vice President of Finance. Responsibilities encompassed financial management, governance of budget processes, and strategic planning. Earlier roles included Vice President Finance at Kongsberg Oil & Gas Technologies, Senior Business Controller, and Internal Business Analyst Manager, with foundational experience as a Controller at Kongsberg Defence & Aerospace and a Senior Executive Officer in the Norwegian Armed Forces. Trond holds a Master's degree in Management and has a robust academic background with degrees from BI Norwegian Business School and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology.
