Steve Kleinheinz

Steve Kleinheinz has over 20 years of work experience in the construction industry. Steve is currently the President of Fought & Company Inc., a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Andersen Construction from 2008 to 2022, where they held various roles including Sustaining Projects Division Manager, Sr. Project Manager, and Project Manager. From 2006 to 2008, they were a Project Manager in the Urban Division at DR Horton. Steve also worked at Rudolph and Sletten from 2001 to 2006 as a Sr. Project Engineer.

Steve Kleinheinz completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) at the Portland State University - School of Business, from 2022 to 2024. Prior to this, they achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University, from 1996 to 2000.
