Josh Etter

As Vice President of Development, Josh Etter oversees the management of several project teams advancing multi-faceted projects through the entitlement, design, financing and construction life-cycle. In addition, Mr. Etter works closely with Asset Management to execute marketing and leasing plans that maximizes value for our stakeholders.

Mr. Etter joined Foulger-Pratt in 2013 after eight years of Project Management experience in multi-family and trophy office space development in Denver, CO and Washington, DC. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Maryland and a MBA from the George Washington School of Business. He currently serves on the Board of Directors for Washington DC Economic Partnership and VisArts.
