Emily J. Blomme is currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at Foundation 2 Crisis Services. Prior to this role, Emily was the Program Manager at Iowa Substance Abuse Information Center, and the Quality Assurance Director at Horizons, a Family Service Alliance. Emily has a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Development and Family Studies from Colorado State University. Throughout her career, she has provided leadership, program development, and guidance to various organizations focused on helping individuals in crisis, improving service quality, and supporting families affected by traumatic events.

Foundation 2 is a non-profit human service agency that offers crisis prevention and intervention programs to people of all ages. We are committed to positive youth development, suicide prevention and helping build the foundation for stronger and healthier families and safer communities for everyone. Our services include a 24-hour crisis phone line, chat and text support, a youth shelter, independent living support for young adults, family counseling, support groups and Mobile Crisis Outreach.
