Foundation 2 is a non-profit human service agency that offers crisis prevention and intervention programs to people of all ages. We are committed to positive youth development, suicide prevention and helping build the foundation for stronger and healthier families and safer communities for everyone. 

Our services include a 24-hour crisis phone line, chat and text support, a youth shelter, independent living support for young adults, family counseling, support groups and Mobile Crisis Outreach.

The Leadership Team at Foundation 2 Crisis Services is tasked with steering the organization towards its mission of crisis prevention and intervention. Leadership Team

The Crisis Intervention Team at Foundation 2 Crisis Services provides immediate, on-the-ground support to individuals experiencing mental health crises. This team, comprising Mobile Crisis Outreach Counselors and Crisis Counselors, responds to crisis situations through in-person assessments, intervention, and stabilization. They work collaboratively to ensure individuals receive the appropriate support and resources, including connecting them to ongoing care and counseling services.
