Chris McNally is currently the Head of Inclusion at Foundation 92 and has held the position of Employability and Skills Manager at AFC Fylde since 2015. Previously, Chris served as a Centre Manager at Fylde Coast YMCA from 1994 to 2009 and worked as a Support Worker for Northern Care from 2009 to 2012. Recently, Chris took on the role of Project Manager at Blackpool Council for 2024 to 2025. Chris earned a Bachelor of Social Care (BA HONS) with a 2.1 from Lancaster University between 1987 and 1991.
