Kieran Valentine

Kieran Valentine currently serves as the Head of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at Hoare Lea, a position held since March 2023. Prior to this role, Kieran was the Head of Talent, Diversity, and Inclusion at Cundall from December 2014 to March 2023, where responsibilities included leading global diversity initiatives and managing resourcing services across multiple regions. Kieran has also held significant positions at organizations such as Amnesty International and the University of the Arts London, focusing on recruitment, development strategies, and enhancing workplace culture. Kieran's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Inequality and Society from the University of Sunderland and a Bachelor's degree from Nottingham Trent University.
