Vivek Rao

Vivek Rao is the CEO of Foundation AI. Vivek was previously with Ensemble Energy from June 2017 to May 2021, where they were an investor, advisor, and board observer. Ensemble Energy was acquired by SparkCognition in May 2021. Vivek Rao has also been with Vantari, LLC as a partner and with Enlightiks as corporate counsel. Vivek has also served as a lien unit manager with STOCKWELL, HARRIS, WOOLVERTON & HELPHREY, APC from March 2011 to July 2018. Prior to that, they were with The Garber Firm, A Professional Corporation as legal and business affairs from October 2010 to December 2016.

Vivek Rao has a Doctor of Law (JD) from the University of California, Los Angeles - School of Law, with a specialization in business law. Vivek also has an MBA from UCLA Anderson School of Management, with honors in entrepreneurship and technology management. Vivek's undergraduate degree is in business administration from the University of Southern California - Marshall School of Business. Vivek also attended Claremont High School.
