John Gorey

Mr. Gorey is the Chief Financial Officer at FBM and has 30 years of industry experience. Prior to starting the Company in 2011 with Mr. Mendoza, Mr. Gorey served as the Chief Financial Officer of AMS, a leading distributor of drywall, acoustical suspended ceiling systems and other related building products. Mr. Gorey originally joined AMS in 1986 and assumed the Chief Financial Officer role in 2001 after several years as AMS’ Controller. Prior to AMS, Mr. Gorey worked for Barry McKinley and Associates, an accounting firm. He graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
