Daniell Rider, M.Ed. has over 17 years of experience in the education field. Currently, they are the Director of Learning Center Programs at Foundation Communities, where they oversee various educational programs serving over 450 youth. In this role, they are responsible for implementing and developing Out of School Time (OST) programs for school-age residents and resident assistance programs at multiple locations. Prior to this, Daniell worked as an Educational Consultant and Grant Writer for Let's Dream Big Consulting for more than 14 years, where they designed and implemented enrichment curricula for K-12 students and collaborated with community partners. Daniell also served as a Development Officer at Capital IDEA, supporting educational opportunities for the low-income population in Central Texas. Additionally, they have experience as an Instructor at SKIES Unlimited - CYS, a Program Director at Unique Child Development Center, and a Lead Instructional Specialist at AmeriCorps VISTA, where they designed and implemented after-school programs for at-risk youth.

Daniell Rider, M.Ed. completed a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Curriculum and Instruction from Concordia University-Portland from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Psychology from the University of Phoenix, where they studied from 2013 to 2016. In addition to their degrees, Daniell also holds a certification as a Certified Praesidium Guardian from Praesidium, Inc., which they obtained in May 2023.
