Tommy Waldron is the Chief Strategy Officer at Foundation for Affordable Housing, overseeing operational, acquisition, and energy sustainability efforts for their extensive portfolio of affordable housing properties. Prior to FFAH, Tommy was the Owner of TW Investments, LLC, specializing in joint venture investments and property management consulting. Additionally, Tommy co-founded Cardinal Group Management where Tommy managed acquisitions and day-to-day operations, competing successfully in the student housing market. With a background in finance from Miami University and experience in public financing for large-scale developments, Tommy brings a wealth of knowledge to the affordable housing sector.

The Foundation has three core activities; own affordable rental housing, partner with for-profit organizations for the ownership of affordable rental housing, and to serve its properties through the provision of resident services. “Home” is more than the roof over your head.
