Andrew L. Schwartz

Andrew L. Schwartz, Esq., is legal counsel to the NJPSA. A former Board of Education and management attorney, Mr. Schwartz now represents members in all aspects of their employment disputes from navigating internal Board-led investigations to grievances to arbitrations to petitions before the Commissioner of Education, and in the courts. Upon graduation from the Vermont Law School in 2010 where he was an Articles Editor to the Vermont Journal of Environmental of Law and a member of Moot Court, Mr. Schwartz clerked for the Honorable Alvaro Iglesias, J.S.C., in the Hudson Vicinage for the 2010-11 term. He received his B.S. from Indiana University in 2005. Prior to practicing law, Mr. Schwartz taught high school mathematics.
