Jasmine Bruno

Scientific Program Director at Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research

Jasmine Bruno serves as the Scientific Program Director for Advanced Animal Systems at the Foundation for Food & Agriculture Research since August 2023. Prior experience includes a role as a PPSP Fellow at The Ohio State University and a Research Associate and Technical Consultant at Colorado State University, where research focused on the valuation of nature in rural and Tribal communities. Jasmine has a comprehensive background in agricultural research and program management, previously working with the International Livestock Research Institute on projects involving breeding programs in Africa and serving as a consultant for the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation. Jasmine holds a PhD from Colorado State University, along with degrees in International Agricultural Development from the University of California, Davis, and Biology from Colby College.
