Will Foran

Will Foran is an experienced executive in the field of fraternal leadership and higher education, currently serving as the Executive Director of the Foundation for Fraternal Excellence since May 2025. Prior to this role, Foran was the Chief Operating Officer of the North American Interfraternity Conference from August 2022 to May 2025, and held various positions within the same organization from 2008 to 2021, including Senior Vice President of Campus Operations and Vice President of Education. Academic credentials include a Master of Arts in Student Affairs in Higher Education and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, both obtained from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Foran has a strong background in curriculum development, student leadership programming, and advocacy efforts for fraternities and sororities.
