Nila Rosen has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over two decades. Nila currently works as the Director of Learning and Research at the Foundation for Jewish Camp, a position they have held since 2020. Nila's work experience also includes serving as the Manager of Community Programs at Artspan from 1996 to 2000. In this role, they secured grants for youth programs, managed operations, and organized public and fundraising events.

Nila Rosen holds a Masters of Public Health (MPH) degree in Maternal Child Health and Epidemiology from the University of California, Berkeley. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree from Oberlin College, where they studied English, Communications, and Writing.

Foundation for Jewish Camp works with 250 day and overnight camps, serving approximately 200,000 youth, teens and college-aged counselors across North America.
