Monte Fabio

Fabio Monte has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Fabio started their career in 2001 at Orange Switzerland as a Network/Technical Controller (Financial) and then transitioned to the role of Commercial Controller at Orange in 2006. In 2007, they joined Orange Switzerland as a Channel Operation Senior Analyst, where they were responsible for managing cross-functional interfaces with multiple departments and improving sales and costs efficiency. Fabio'swork included contributing to quarterly Telco Operator benchmark surveys and enhancing divisional reporting systems. In 2010, they joined QoQa Services SA, where they served as COO, Board Member, and handled business development. In 2018, Fabio became a member of the committee FIT digital at FIT - Fondation pour l'Innovation Technologique. Fabio continued to expand their professional network and joined About You Services SA in 2021 as a Board Member. Fabio also co-founded GRAPL in 2021 and served as a Board Member. Additionally, in 2019, they co-founded SQALE.

Fabio Monte obtained their Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from HEIG-VD. Fabio pursued an Economic degree at Business High school (HES) from 2002 to 2006. In 2019, they enrolled at iGi Partners to pursue a Certificat Field Of Study in Praticien en Holacracy, which is currently ongoing.
