Ann Centrella

Ann Centrella has a diverse work experience spanning over several decades. Ann began their career in 1986 as the Director of Customer Service and Systems at Denmarks Home Medical. In this role, they were responsible for managing and leading customer service and system operations, developing process improvements, and ensuring prompt delivery of service.

In 2004, Ann joined Genzyme Genetics, where they held various positions. As a Reimbursement Manager, they were responsible for overseeing reimbursement processes. Ann then assumed the role of Senior Reimbursement Manager, where they led teams through a successful integration and supported company initiatives. Eventually, they became the Reimbursement Director, Operations, reporting to the VP of Reimbursement. In this key leadership role, they developed strategies, justified resource allocation, and exceeded objectives for cash flow and DSO.

Ann's most recent experience is at Foundation Medicine, where they joined in 2011 as the Vice President of Billing and Reimbursement. In this role, they managed billing and reimbursement operations. Ann later assumed the position of Senior Vice President, Revenue and Access, overseeing revenue and access functions. Ann currently holds the position of Senior Vice President, Revenue & Access, which they have been in since 2019.
