Ian Ide

Ian Ide has extensive work experience in the talent acquisition and executive search industry. Ian most recently served as the Vice President, Talent Acquisition and People Analytics at Foundation Medicine, where they led the recruitment of top talent to support cancer research. Prior to that, Ian held various leadership positions at WinterWyman Executive Search, including President, where they specialized in executive hiring for a range of industries. Ian also had a long tenure at Winter, Wyman & Company, where they held roles such as Co-President, Partner, and General Manager in divisions specializing in technology and information technology. Overall, Ian has a strong background in talent acquisition, executive search, and leadership within the technology and life sciences industries.

Ian Ide received their Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, where they studied from 1987 to 1991. Ian also completed a certification course titled "Confronting Bias: Thriving Across Our Differences" at LinkedIn in 2022.
