Nancy Scicchitani

Nancy Scicchitani, MBA, SPHR, CEBS has extensive experience in the field of benefits and human resources management. Nancy most recently served as the Head of Benefits at Foundation Medicine starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Nuance Communications as the Senior Benefits, Americas & Global Wellbeing Lead from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they redesigned the benefits communications strategy, resulting in decreased queries and increased response time.
