Paul D’Souza

Paul D’Souza is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in strategic people management. Currently serving as the Director of People Strategy at Foundation Medicine since November 2022, Paul has previously held significant roles at TIAA as Senior Director of HR Business Partner and at Novartis as Associate Director for both Navigate Biopharma Inc. and US Cardiovascular. Earlier in his career, Paul contributed to Merck in various HR capacities, including HR Business Partner roles and participation in the HR Leadership Development Program. Paul holds degrees from Cornell University, ESCP Business School, and UCLA.
