Lead, Customer Experience at Foundation Medicine

Samantha Waldrup, MPH has a diverse work experience in both customer experience and client account management. Samantha started their career at American Airlines as a Flight Attendant in November 2015 and worked there until December 2016. In December 2016, they joined Foundation Medicine as a Client Services Representative and later moved on to become a Client Account Manager in December 2017. From September 2019 to March 2021, Samantha served as a Customer Success Manager, and then they were promoted to the position of Senior Customer Experience Executive from March 2021 to August 2022. Currently, they hold the position of Lead, Customer Experience at Foundation Medicine, starting in August 2022.

Samantha Waldrup holds a Master of Public Health (MPH) degree in Public Health Practice from the University of Massachusetts Amherst. Samantha also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from the University of Rhode Island. Additionally, Samantha studied abroad at Universidad Pablo de Olavide and pursued Biotechnology and Spanish at the University of Central Florida. Samantha has obtained certifications in "Holding Yourself Accountable" from LinkedIn in 2021 and as a Flight Attendant from the Federal Aviation Administration in 2016.
