Wal K. is a finance professional with a strong focus on sustainable investing and financial strategy. Currently serving as a Finance Manager at Foundation Medicine since 2023, Wal K. has also taken on leadership roles in organizations such as Women Investing for a Sustainable Economy (WISE) as the Boston Chapter Co-Lead. Previous experience includes positions as a Strategy Analyst at Environmental Financial Consulting Group and Investment Analyst at Alpha FMC, among others. Wal K. has contributed to the Initiative for Responsible Investment at Harvard Kennedy School as a Summer Financial Analyst and has held roles at Harvard Business School and the South African Institute of International Affairs as a Youth Ambassador. Educated at Harvard University with a Bachelor of Arts in Environmental Science, Wal K. has developed expertise in infrastructure investment and sustainable finance.
