Jodie Kalmus

Jodie Kalmus has extensive work experience in various leadership and development roles. Jodie started their career in 1993 as a General Manager at Olive Garden and later joined Darden Restaurants in 1999, where they were responsible for managing and leading teams in creating enterprise learning and development programs. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer at Harbor House of Central Florida, overseeing the overall operations performance of the organization and managing a large budget. Since 2016, Jodie has worked at Foundation Partners Group in roles such as Director of Learning & Professional Development and currently as the Vice President of Learning & Development. Jodie is known for their innovative ideas and compassionate approach towards family care in the funeral industry.

Jodie Kalmus attended Flagler College from 1984 to 1985, where they studied Business Administration and Management, General. Jodie did not obtain a degree during this time. Additionally, Jodie has obtained various certifications throughout their career, including the Korn Ferry Leadership Architect from Korn Ferry Advance in June 2021, Adobe Captivate from Training Magazine in January 2018, Franklin Covey Speed of Trust from FRANKLIN COVEY CO in August 2014, DISC Certification from Hull & Associates in April 2009, Embracing Leadership Excellence from Crummer School of Business at Rollins College in 2005, Instructional Designer/Developer from Langevin Learning Services in March 2001, Training Generalist from Langevin Learning Services in February 2001, Certified Trainer from Achieve Global in March 1999, and Franklin Covey 5 Choices from FRANKLIN COVEY CO in January 1999.
