Stephen Ballard

Stephen Ballard is an experienced professional with a comprehensive background in operations and management within the funeral services industry. Currently serving as Sr. Manager of Strategic Operations at Foundation Partners Group since August 2017, Stephen previously held the position of V.P. Operations/HR at Roller Funeral Homes, overseeing operations for multiple funeral homes and cemeteries from September 1996 to March 2017. Stephen also has extensive experience from running the family business, Ballard Funeral Home, as a Funeral Director from June 1984 to December 1996. Earlier in the career, Stephen worked as an Accountant at Tom Blair CPA from 1981 to 1984 and as an Assistant Secretary/Loan Officer at Benton Savings and Loan from 1978 to 1981. An alumnus of the University of Central Arkansas, Stephen earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and later achieved the Insurance Fellow designation from the Life Office Management Association between 1997 and 2002.
