Paul Rice

Paul Rice is an experienced legal professional currently serving as Associate Legal Counsel at Foundation Risk Partners, focused on mergers and acquisitions since June 2023. Previously, Paul Rice worked as an Associate Attorney at Rice Law Firm from September 2019 to April 2021 and held the position of Law Clerk at Lydecker Diaz and Rice & Rose Law Firm in 2018 and 2017, respectively. Paul Rice earned a Juris Doctor degree from Florida International University - College of Law between 2016 and 2019 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Spanish from the University of Florida, completed in 2015.
