Tom Leek

Tom Leek is a Chief Legal Officer with 18 years of experience in Labor & Employment Law and Commercial Civil Litigation. Tom is licensed to practice in the United States Supreme Court, all federal and state courts in Florida, and admitted pro hav vice throughout the southeast and beyond. Tom has represented clients such as Mohawk Industries, Brown & Brown, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, City of Ormond Beach, Calvary Christian Academy, and Halifax Health. Tom has also served as Chairman at Junior Achievement of Volusia County and the Daytona Regional Chamber of Commerce. Tom holds a Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law and a B.A. and B.S. in History from UCF College of Business and the University of Central Florida.
