Helen Wray

Helen Wray is an accomplished professional in the field of philanthropy with over two decades of experience, currently serving as the Head of Philanthropy & Quality at Foundation Scotland since October 2011. Wray manages a team responsible for overseeing the stewardship of individual and family philanthropy donors, as well as corporate and trust clients, and oversees 320 clients with an annual distribution of approximately £17 million. Prior roles at Foundation Scotland include Head of Programmes and Philanthropy Services Manager, where Wray led fund distributions and managed client service teams. Earlier in the career, Wray contributed as a Senior Grants Officer and Grants Officer at Scottish Community Foundation, honing skills in program design and budget management. Wray holds multiple degrees, including an MSc with Distinction in Grant Making, Philanthropy, and Social Investment from Bayes Business School.
