Leslie Rance is an established professional with significant leadership experience across various sectors. Currently serving as Chairman of British Lacrosse and Vice Chairman of Foundation Scotland, Rance is also a Board Trustee for UK Community Foundations and a Global Practitioner at the University of Strathclyde. As a Partner at Mindofafox and a former Non-Executive Director for the South African Chamber of Commerce UK, Rance has demonstrated expertise in advisory roles. Prior roles at BAT include Head of Human Resources for the Southern Africa Area and various leadership positions in IT and corporate strategy. Rance holds an MSc in International Business with Law from The University of Salford and has furthered education in Information Systems and Corporate Governance.
