Lauren Fink

Lauren Fink, MSW LSW, has extensive experience in the behavioral health field, currently serving as an Intake Coordinator at Foundations Behavioral Health Services, Inc. since February 2019. Responsibilities include conducting risk assessments and coordinating care for clients in collaboration with medical teams, as well as making referrals to various facilities and assisting with client safety. Prior experience includes roles as a Service Coordinator at Amcord Care Inc., where Lauren managed services for eligible individuals, and as a Crisis Worker at Lenape Valley Foundation, providing assessments and support for individuals in crisis. Additionally, Lauren has completed multiple internships focused on social work and mental health, and has worked in customer service and clerical positions. Lauren holds a Master of Social Work from Temple University and a Bachelor of Science in Social Work from West Chester University of Pennsylvania.
