Kailee Arndt

Kailee Arndt is a skilled professional with a diverse background in social services and correctional environments. Currently serving as a Foster Care Case Manager at Foundations Health & Wholeness since June 2023, Kailee previously worked as a Social Worker for Wood County, WI, from May 2019 to May 2023. Prior experience includes roles as a Correctional Officer at Marathon County Jail and as a Program Intern at St. Louis County Jail. Kailee also has experience in the hospitality industry as a waitress at Anchor Bay Bar and Grill and Bulldog Pizza and Grill. An academic foundation in Criminology and Psychology was established with Bachelor’s degrees from the University of Minnesota Duluth, complemented by studies at the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Kailee completed high school at Mahtomedi High School, graduating in 2013.
