Matt Rodak

Matt Rodak is the CEO and Founder of Upright, a position held since September 2014. In addition, Matt serves as a mentor at Founder Institute since February 2016, providing guidance to early-stage entrepreneurs. Previously, Matt worked as a Business Development Executive at FM Global from August 2010 to September 2014, where responsibilities included engaging with key stakeholders to enhance business asset protection through insurance programs. Other notable roles include Production Underwriter at Affiliated FM, Networking Director for The Cleveland Professional 20/30 Club, Community Relationship Manager at ASAP, and Associate Recruiter at AHRA, Ltd. Matt also founded and operated a landscaping business during high school. Matt Rodak holds a Finance degree from John Carroll University, obtained in 2007.
