Jennifer Henderson is the Founder and CEO of Tilt, an organization dedicated to supporting employees and employers during significant life events, a role held since July 2017. In March 2023, Jennifer became a member of the Founder Mental Health Pledge, a coalition aiming to promote mental healthcare within the startup community. Previously, Jennifer served as a Mentor at Galvanize Inc, a Career Coach for the United States Olympic & Paralympic Committee, and held leadership roles at Rich Feller and Associates, Noodles & Company, and Starbucks Coffee Company, focusing on operations, team management, and career development. Jennifer holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Colorado State University and is an ICF Certified Career Coach.
