Clifford Chang

Clifford Chang is an experienced professional in quality assurance and customer service, currently serving as the Customer Quality Director at FOUNDER PCB since July 2012, overseeing the Customer Quality Department at the HDI plant. Prior to this role, Clifford held a position as Senior QA Manager in the same company and gained valuable experience as a Senior Customer Quality Engineer at Viasystems, where leadership of a small team of Customer Quality Engineers was a key responsibility. Clifford's earlier career includes a role as Senior BUQE Engineer at Johnson Electric, focusing on addressing customer complaints related to quality issues, and as a Customer Service Engineer at Viasystems from 2004 to 2006. Clifford holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Monash University, earned from 1997 to 2000.
