Nader Bayani

Nader Bayani is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer quality, service operations, and team management. Currently serving as the Director of Customer Quality at SCIEX since January 2025, Nader previously held the position of Head of Service and Customer Care at ZEISS Medical Technology from February 2023 to October 2024. Nader's expertise in team leadership and customer service was further demonstrated during tenure as Sr. Director, Service & Support at Standard BioTools, which spanned from July 2015 to September 2022. Nader also served as Director of Service, focusing on team management and analytical skills, and held the role of Service Director at Multivac Canada Inc. from July 2013 to July 2015. Prior to these roles, Nader contributed as a Business Consultant at Kimia Uranus Industrial Group between June 2011 and April 2013. Nader holds an IMBA from IE Business School and a Master's degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Toronto.
