Justin Kozak

Justin Kozak has a diverse work experience in the insurance industry, starting with their roles at HUB International in 2013 as an Assistant Account Executive. Justin then joined Program Brokerage Corporation in 2014, where they worked as an Account Executive and later became a Business Development Leader. In 2017, Kozak joined AlphaRoot as a Senior Account Executive and was later promoted to Vice President of Sales. Justin then moved on to Founder Shield in 2020, where they held the positions of Senior Account Executive and Vice President of Sales. In 2022, Kozak became the Executive Vice President at Founder Shield. Through their various roles, Kozak has gained expertise in insurance brokerage, sales, and business development, with a focus on startup, technology, and high-growth venture-backed communities, as well as the hemp and cannabis industry.

Justin Kozak completed their Bachelor's Degree in History at the University of Delaware from 2009 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Council Rock High School North, where they completed their high school education from 2005 to 2009. In addition to their educational background, Justin also obtained certifications as a Licensed Life & Health Broker and Licensed Property & Casualty Broker in New York. Justin obtained the Licensed Property & Casualty Broker certification from the New York State Department of Financial Services in September 2013, and the Licensed Life & Health Broker certification in October 2019 from the same institution.
