Dennis Coker

Dennis Coker has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies in various roles. Dennis is currently the Managing Director at Founders Advisors. Previously, Dennis has held the position of Managing Director at Vantage Strategic Advisors, where they provided strategic planning and transaction advisory services for construction materials businesses. Prior to that, they served as the President of Specialty Granules Inc., leading strategic growth and business development. Dennis also worked as the Vice President - Aggregates at Natural Resource Partners L.P., overseeing expansion efforts in the aggregate/industrial minerals division.

Before joining Natural Resource Partners L.P., they held the role of Co-Lead Integration Management Organization North America at Lehigh Hanson, where they oversaw the integration of Hanson and Heidelberg's North American business units. Additionally, Dennis has experience as the Director of Corporate Development at Hanson Building Materials America, where they handled merger, acquisition, and divestiture activities. Dennis has also served as the Director of Business Development at Lafarge North America, overseeing organic and acquisitive expansion efforts.

Earlier in their career, Dennis worked as a Business Development Manager at Eagle Materials/Centex Construction Products, leading acquisition targeting efforts and market entry strategies. Dennis also gained experience as a Manager of Business Development at TXI, where they contributed to various market analyses and strategic development projects. Prior to that, they worked as a Regional Sales Representative at Fruehauf Trailer Corporation, successfully revitalizing sales efforts in their assigned region.

Dennis Coker completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business from the University of Mississippi in the years 1985 to 1989. Dennis further pursued higher education and obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Memphis, spanning from 1990 to 1994.
