Natessa Mallalieu

Natessa Mallalieu currently serves as the Assistant Director of Major Gifts at the New York Botanical Garden since January 2024. With extensive experience in guest services and team leadership at Founders Entertainment, Natessa has coordinated festival services for large audiences. Previous roles at Best Buddies International included Deputy Director for National Transitions Programs and Operations, where strategic program growth and management were key focus areas, as well as Deputy Director for Job Experience, which involved the development of training services for individuals with disabilities. Early career achievements include serving as the inaugural Gala Co-Chair for Best Buddies New Jersey, surpassing fundraising goals, and leading the College Union Board during studies at The College of New Jersey, where Natessa earned a Bachelor's degree in English.
