Paula Nagy

Paula Nagy is currently working as a Venture Success Manager at Founders Factory Africa since June 2019. Prior to this role, she held positions such as Consultant at North Highland UK from March 2016 to December 2018. As a Consultant, she successfully led the implementation of the National Barcode-Ticket Acceptance Programme for a British rail industry membership body, resulting in her team winning the Cross-Industry Innovation Award in the Rail Industry Awards 2018. Additionally, she has experience as an Account Manager at companies such as BURN and iKineo, where she managed the delivery of digital marketing campaigns and website overhauls. Paula also co-founded Bamboo Revolution, a company specializing in environmentally-oriented watches. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Cape Town.
