Timothy Lay, AIF®, CPFA®, CFEi®, serves as a Trusted Principal Advisor at TPA Financial since July 2015, focusing on client interests through a defined process and a Best Interest Checklist. In addition, Timothy has been an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative at Founders Financial, Inc. since July 2015, committed to enhancing community welfare and purpose. Prior experience includes roles as an Investment Advisor Representative and Registered Representative at Transamerica Financial Advisors from January 2012 to June 2015, and as a Senior Marketing Director at World Financial Group during a 15-year tenure. Timothy's extensive background also encompasses positions in various financial and operational roles, alongside military service as a Legal Specialist in the U.S. Army from July 1989 to June 1997, advising battalion commanders and recruitment efforts. Academically, Timothy attended multiple institutions including Portland State University and Kaplan University.
