Liesa-Marie Ellerbrok

Liesa-Marie Ellerbrok currently serves as Program Manager for Startup School at Founders Foundation gGmbH, overseeing the organization, curriculum development, and execution of the program with two cohorts each year since August 2024. Previous experience includes leading strategic people and culture projects and serving as team lead for employer branding at sevDesk from December 2021 to July 2024, where project management focused on growth in the SaaS sector. Liesa-Marie has also contributed to employer branding initiatives and customer relationship development in digital recruiting at TERRITORY from September 2018 to November 2021. Early roles included consulting in HR advertising and digital marketing, with internships focusing on recruitment and HR administration. Liesa-Marie holds a Master of Arts in Project Management from IU Internationale Hochschule and a Bachelor of Science in Business Psychology from Hochschule Bielefeld.
