Danny Yu has a diverse work experience. In 2011, they worked as a Community Outreach Coordinator at the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) for a few months. In 2017, they joined the United States Marine Corps and worked in Aviation & Ordnance. In 2018, they held several positions including Philanthropy Director at Code for America, Senior Vice President at Founders Live, and Chairman of the South Korea Subcommittee at NSS International Committee. Danny is currently working in these roles.
Danny Yu attended St. John's University from 2011 to 2015, studying International Economics. Danny did not obtain a degree in this field. In addition to their university education, they have obtained several certifications. In July 2018, they completed a Canine Security Handler and Trainer program at the Republic of Korea Marine Corps. In January 2018, they obtained a Security Clearance (Secret) from the United States Department of Defense. Prior to their university education, in August 2007, they obtained a certification in Forensic Science from NSLC.
