Rocio Moreno, MBA, CPHR, is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Founders Metals Inc. since November 2025. Prior experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources Projects at First Majestic Silver Corp., where Rocio directed enterprise-wide HR initiatives, including a global SuccessFactors rollout and SAP Payroll implementation that enhanced operations for over 3,000 employees. Previously, Rocio held positions at Great Panther Silver Limited, New Gold Inc., and thyssenkrupp, where responsibilities included managing HR operations across the Americas, providing advisory services on labor relations, and leading strategic HR programs.
